Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) experienced a significant disruption on Tuesday, leaving thousands of users unable to log in or view new posts. Many users said their feeds stopped refreshing, while others couldn’t access the platform at all.
Users Affected Across India, the US, and Other Regions
Reports indicate widespread issues across multiple countries, including India and the United States.
As of 6:41 a.m. ET (5:20 p.m. IST), more than 11,500 users in the US alone had reported problems accessing X, according to outage trackers.
Cloudflare Also Faces Technical Problems
Adding to the confusion, internet infrastructure provider Cloudflare confirmed that it too was experiencing disruptions, which impacted several websites and services around the world.
However, it remains unclear whether the outage on X is directly linked to Cloudflare’s technical issues or if the two incidents are unrelated.
