Tensions in the Middle East have intensified after Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed it carried out missile and drone attacks targeting Israel as well as US military installations in Iraq and Kuwait.
In an official statement, the IRGC said that heavy missiles were launched toward industrial zones in Tel Aviv, Israel. According to the statement, the continuous sound of ambulance sirens and reports from Israeli authorities about rising casualties indicate the significant impact of the strikes. Iran alleges that the attacks caused serious damage to the city’s key industrial areas.
The IRGC further claimed that the Harir Airbase located in Erbil, Iraq, was among the targets. Additionally, missile and drone strikes were reportedly carried out against the Ali Al Salem and Arifjan bases in Kuwait, both of which host US military personnel. Iran stated that these bases were hit by powerful missiles and drones, resulting in substantial damage.

However, there has been no detailed official confirmation so far from Israel, the United States, or the governments of the countries where the bases are located. As tensions continue to rise in the region, the international community is closely monitoring the developing situation.
