A startling report has surfaced regarding Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, claiming that he is seriously injured and has not appeared in public since the start of the conflict.
According to the report, Khamenei suffered major injuries during early US-Israeli strikes linked to the beginning of the war. His condition is said to have been critical, requiring multiple medical interventions over time.
It is claimed that his leg underwent at least three surgeries, and he may eventually require a prosthetic replacement. He also reportedly had surgery on one of his hands, with limited but gradual recovery of function. In addition, severe burns are said to have affected his face and lips, causing difficulties in speech and raising the possibility of future reconstructive surgery.
Despite the physical condition described, the report suggests that he remains mentally stable and fully conscious. However, he has reportedly avoided any audio or video appearances, relying instead on written messages to avoid appearing weak in public.

Khamenei is said to be staying in a highly secure and undisclosed location, with access strictly restricted. Senior military and government officials reportedly avoid visiting him directly to prevent any risk of exposing his whereabouts to Israel.
Communication with other leaders is allegedly maintained through handwritten notes delivered via trusted intermediaries. His immediate surroundings are largely limited to doctors and medical staff overseeing his treatment.
The report further claims that Iran’s president and health minister are involved in his medical care. Due to security concerns and his condition, some decision-making responsibilities have reportedly been delegated to military commanders for the time being.
