UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 Results Declared, Anuj Agnihotri Secures Top Rank

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 on Friday, March 6, 2026. A total of 958 candidates have successfully cleared the examination this year.

According to the official results, Anuj Agnihotri has secured the first rank in the country. Rajeshwari Suve achieved the second position, while Akansh Dhull stood third in the merit list.

The Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC is considered one of the most prestigious and competitive examinations in India. Through this examination, candidates are selected for various top government services, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others.

The selection process takes place in three stages: the Preliminary Examination, the Main Examination, and the Personality Test (Interview). The Main Examination for the 2025 cycle was conducted in August 2025, and its results were declared in November last year.

In an official statement, the Commission said that the candidature of 348 recommended candidates has been kept provisional for the time being.

Candidates can check their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
