Iran has once again demonstrated its military strength by showcasing advanced ballistic missiles during pro-government rallies held across the country. On Tuesday night (April 21), the Ghadr ballistic missile was put on display at a major public square in Tehran, where large crowds gathered, chanting slogans against the United States and Israel while expressing support for Iran’s military leadership.
At another prominent location in the capital, the Khorramshahr-4 ballistic missile was also exhibited. Notably, an image associated with the display appeared to reference RasGas, a Qatar-based gas firm, as a potential target, raising concerns about escalating regional tensions.
The military showcases were not limited to Tehran. Similar displays were reported in other major cities, including Shiraz, Tabriz, and Zanjan, where weapons were also presented publicly during large gatherings.

These rallies have been taking place daily in key public squares across Iran since the conflict began on February 28. Backed by the government and promoted through state media, the events are designed to encourage public participation and demonstrate nationwide support.
Typically organised at night, the gatherings feature crowds waving national flags and voicing solidarity with the government. At the same time, the scale and timing of these rallies have made it increasingly difficult for opposition groups to assemble in central areas after dark.
Observers view these developments as part of Iran’s broader strategy to project both military capability and domestic unity, potentially intensifying the already fragile situation in the region.
